ABOUT SERVICE TO OEM & INKJET, INC. EQUIPMENT

A preventative maintenance and service strategy is key to leveraging the investment in your coding and marking equipment. InkJet, Inc. has trained and seasoned Service Engineers and Technicians ready to service your continuous inkjet, thermal inkjet and high resolution printers. Our people are trained to work on multiple OEM's equipment including Videojet®, BestCode, Domino and legacy coding and marking equipment like the Videojet® Excel Series.

We understand that not every plant, or even every production line, has the same needs. Not sure where to start? A Service Engineer/Technician will conduct a walk through of your plant and provide you with recommendations. We will look at things like:

  • Known issues or faults;

  • Condition of various systems like the power supply, fluid system, display, peripherals, etc.;

  • Air supply;

  • Any leaks, alignment problems, etc.;

  • Electrical and hydraulic systems; and

  • System settings.

ANSER SUPPORT & REPAIRS

For all ANSER repairs including the U2 Smart, U2 SmartOne and U2 Pro-S. If you have an older model ANSER printer, please contact us using the form below and let us know.

Issues vary from printer to printer from software upgrades to board repairs. We boast a great turn-around time as well as excellent repair quality. Often, we can help you remotely, but if not:

  • 1-2 business day repair turnaround time

  • 99% of all repairs completed go back to the field with no issues.

  • ANSER Exchange Program with next day delivery (dependent upon printer issues)

  • 90 day parts warranty on all repairs
