The Evolabel Belt applicator applies labels with high speed and precision on the base or on top of packages. A vacuum belt transports the label from the printer to the product. Running the belt at the same speed as the conveyor gives very accurate label positioning also on extremely light products. The same applicator can handle various label sizes from 30x30 mm to 118x150 mm.
Evolabel's fully automated marking system labeling packs of sliced cheese both on the top and bottom. The two parallel lines that have a total capacity of 180 packages per minute. The system is equipped with eight D43 belt applicators, allowing full production even when changing labels.
The Evolabel belt applicator in combination with the D43 printer is with its compact size and accurate labeling, perfect for product labeling from below. Depending on label size, the capacity is as high as up to 120 packages per minute.

The vacuum belt runs at the same speed as the conveyor, thus is not limited to the print speed of the printer. This gives very accurate label positioning even on extremely light products. Provided that the package has a well defined edge to trigger on, the label accuracy is in the area of +/- 0.5 mm. Several independent vacuum ejectors are integrated in the applicator. This allows the same applicator to handle various label sizes, from 30x30 mm to 118x150 mm.
The Evolabel belt applicator, in combination with the D43 printer, is compact and perfect for accurate product labeling from below. Depending on label size, the capacity ca be as high as 120 packages per minute.
To give the operator an easy and ergonomic solution for changing label rolls, the D43 belt can be mounted on a pneumatic floor stand and holder with swing out function.
The mechanical, electrical and pneumatic interface between the Evolabel applicators and printers are all the same, making it a plug-and-play standard.
