REGIONAL PRINT SOLUTIONS MANAGER - GEORGIA

SUMMARY: 

The Regional Print Solutions Manager (RPSM) is primarily responsible for selling InkJet, Inc.'s printer machine line and supporting existing Level A & B customer accounts within a designated territory to ensure maximum retention and growth. The RPSM will work closely with InkJet, Inc.'s Account Executive for prospecting, appointment setting and closing new business while meticulously tracking activity in CRM.

This position drives InkJet, Inc.'s philosophy of “Find / Support / Replace”. Positions are responsible for “Finding” opportunities with customers who have existing printers in existing print positions (or who have new print position needs), “Support” existing printers by converting customers to InkJet, Inc.'s fluids, parts, and service, and “Replace” printers when the customer needs to upgrade or replace printers.

The Regional Print Solutions Manager role acts as the face of the InkJet, Inc. sales team in their assigned territory. This position is to be based out of Georgia.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify ink / makeup and machine sales opportunities, penetrate new business and expand market share within territory.

  • Update SF.com with all related sales activity

  • Work closely with Account Executives to manage account activity within assigned territory

  • Other duties may be assigned.

FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

SUMMARY: 

The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment within the IJI market space. This equipment includes both that which is sold by IJI as well as select equipment which is foreign to IJI’s offering.  The FST conducts the vast majority of the Support function within the IJI Find, Support and Replace strategy.  The FST is dispatched from the TSG office and is responsible for the schedule created.  The FST plays a critical role in creating customer relationships as well as customer satisfaction.  A successful FST will be able to combine technical expertise with the IJI culture and core values. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain technical relationship with IJI (equipment and fluids) customers within your Service Center.

  • Provide on-site technical support, field repairs and system level troubleshooting of various make/model CIJ / Xaar and/or HP based systems.

  • Execute daily activity as scheduled by IJI Corporate Office.

  • Support multiple aspects of our business (ink sales, machine sales, service contract sales) by delivering exceptional service and leveraging professional relationships.

  • Work with IJI Sales Managers to assist in forward direction / opportunity recognition / proper technology qualification and execute IJI Service Offering to prospects.

  • Submit reports in keeping with company reporting processes in a timely manner.

  • Your schedule may include after-hours, event support and on-call situations as needed.

  • Work with TSG corporate staff and field team members to ensure adherence to IJI Service Standard

  • Training and cross-training is on-going.  This requires attendance to scheduled training and/or meetings at the Corporate Office.   

  • Train customer staff and other IJI Field Service Technicians.

  • Travel up to 90%.

  • Other duties as assigned
