Regional Print Solutions Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify ink / makeup and machine sales opportunities, penetrate new business and expand market share within territory.
- Update SF.com with all related sales activity
- Work closely with Business Development Specialists to manage account activity within assigned territory

Product Manager
SUMMARY:
The Product Manager will be responsible for specific IJI product linesand will be the “Product Champion” both internally and externally. This position will entail working closely with sales, business development, training, technical services, business partners and suppliers, manufacturing and other product support functions to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Ensure that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be responsible for resolution of quality issues through quality management system, through suppliers.
- Lead and develop relationships with key suppliers as it relates to product quality, customer experience and expectation, and positioning,
- Product expert and the 2nd line of contact for service technicians, as well as sales.
- Create and implement technical training programs designed for both service technicians and sales.
- Assist with the development of technical materials, promotions and marketing material.
