ANSER Center

The repair center is responsible for all ANSER repairs needed by our end users and distributors, including U2 Standards, U2 Net HD’s, U2 Mobiles and U2 Pro.

Issues vary from printer to printer from software upgrades to board repairs. We boast a great turn-around time as well as excellent repair quality.

  • 1-2 business day repair turnaround time
  • 99% of all repairs completed go back to the field with no issues.
  • ANSER Exchange Program with next day delivery (dependent upon printer issues)
