InkJet, Inc. Service Plans

A preventative maintenance and service strategy is key to leveraging the investment in your coding and marking equipment. InkJet, Inc. has trained and seasoned Service Engineers ready to service your continuous inkjet, thermal inkjet and high resolution printers. Our Service Engineers are trained to work on multiple OEM’s equipment including Videojet® and BestCode and legacy coding and marking equipment like the Videojet® Excel Series. We keep a low customer-to-engineer ratio to make sure every client is given the attention you’ve come to expect from InkJet, Inc.

We understand that not every plant, or even every production line, has the same needs. That’s why we have multiple service options, from full-service plans to one-off preventative maintenance visits, to make sure you get the level of support you require.

CodeReview – A WELLNESS CHECK

Not sure where to start? Or in need of a coding and marking operations check up? We have you covered with our CodeReview option. A Service Engineer will conduct a walk through of your plant to provide a report with recommendations. It’s completely up to you what you do with the recommendations from there. The Service Engineer will look at things like:

  • Known issues or faults;
  • Condition of various systems like the power supply, fluid system, display, peripherals, etc.;
  • Air supply;
  • Any leaks, alignment problems, etc.;
  • Electrical and hydraulic systems; and
  • System settings.

For more information download the CodeReview information sheet or contact a Coding & Marking Specialist now.
