Repair/Refurbish
We rebuild all Excel yellow body nozzles. Defective parts are replaced (jewels, wires, etc.) and the nozzle is tested. Please expect a 3 to 4 week turnaround time.
Excel® Umbilicals
All umbilical exchanges must have all print head components. Please expect a 1 to 2 week turnaround time.
Excel® Ink Module
Module is stripped, cleaned, tested and rebuilt with all new diaphragms, inlet valve caps and adder valve caps. Please expect a 1 to 2 week turnaround time.
Excel® Ink Cylinder
Tank is stripped and cleaned. The "O" rings and inner sleeve are replaced. Please expect a 1 to 2 week turnaround time.
Excel® Ink Valve
Valve is stripped, cleaned, and rebuilt with a new diaphragms and springs. The "O" ring is also tested. Please expect a 1 to 2 week turnaround time.
